Under the title of “YÖK-Higher Education Institution,” seventh of the discourses held in Bartın, İstanbul Medeniyet, Nevşehir HAcı Bektaş Veli, Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, Ardahan and Fırat Universities was held in our University by the participation of YÖK President Prof. Dr. M. yekta Saraç.

Opening speech of the activity was made by our Rector Prof. Dr. İlyas ÇApoğlu, and he started speech condemning the terrorist attack in İstanbul on 10th December.
Higher Education Institution President Prof. Dr. M. A. Yekta Saraç also comdemned the terrorist attack in İstanbul and and gave his condolescences to the martyrs.
After the opening speeches, discourse of “Literature and Social Change” was organized by Fatih Sultan Mehmet Foundation University Faculty of Arts Dean M. Fatih Andı.
